Instructions for filling up April 2026 Exam Forms:

• Minimum one year gap between 2 conscutive exams is mandatory.
• Only one subject is allowed to appear in the examination in each session.
• As per the examination fee refund policy, once the examination fee is paid it will not be refunded.
• You have to keep following documents ready for uploading while filling up online form.
  • Marksheet of Previous Examination Passed/Failed (not applicable for regular students ie. those who already have generated PRN -Nov 2018 or later) (.pdf Format)
  • ID for Verification of Date of Birth (PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving Licence or school/college I-card of current academic year with principal's signature and stamp) (.pdf Format)
  • Latest Passport Size Photograph (.jpg Format)
  • File size of the document and photo must be less than 500 KB. Kindly upload documents and photo of valid file size.
  • Dimensions (width and height) of photo must be less than 250 pixel. Ideal Dimensions are: 250 X 250 Pixel
  
  

अप्रैल 2026 परीक्षा फॉर्म भरने के निर्देश

• क्रमवार परीक्षा में किमान एक साल का अंतर आवश्यक है |
• प्रत्येक सत्र में केवल एक विषय को परीक्षा में बैठने की अनुमति दी जा सकती है।
• परीक्षा शुल्क वापसी नीति के अनुसार, एक बार परीक्षा शुल्क का भुगतान करने के बाद उन्हें वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।
• आपको ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरते समय अपलोड करने के लिए निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज तैयार रखने होंगे |
  • पिछली परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण / अनुत्तीर्ण की मार्कशीट (नियमित छात्रों के लिए लागू नहीं है यानी जिन्होंने पहले ही पीआरएन -नवंबर 2018 या बाद में जनरेट किया है) (.pdf प्रारूप)
  • आई डी प्रूफ (पूर्ण जन्म तिथि का उल्लेख ) पैन कार्ड, आधार कार्ड, पासपोर्ट, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस या वर्तमान शैक्षणिक वर्ष का स्कूल / कॉलेज आई-कार्ड प्रिंसिपल के हस्ताक्षर और मुहर (stamp)के साथ (.pdf प्रारूप)
  • लेटेस्ट पासपोर्ट साइज फोटोग्राफ (.jpg प्रारूप))
  • दस्तावेज़ और फोटो का आकार 500 केबी से कम होना चाहिए। कृपया वैध फ़ाइल आकार के दस्तावेज़ और फोटो अपलोड करें|
  • फोटो का आयाम (चौड़ाई और ऊंचाई) 250 पिक्सेल से कम होना चाहिए। आदर्श आयाम 250 X 250 पिक्सेल हैं |
